Account Deletion & Data Privacy
Manage your Trapalanda account and learn how to request the permanent deletion of your personal data and travel history.

At Trapalanda, we value your privacy and data security. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information, you have two simple ways to do it:
From the App:
Go to Profile > My Account > Delete Account. This is the fastest way to process your request.
Via Email:
Send an email to support@trapalanda.io from the address linked to your account. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
You can sign up using your email address or phone number.
Create a secure password to keep your account safe.
Important Note: Once your request is processed, we'll schedule your account for deletion in 30 days. After that, all your saved itineraries, flight alerts, and stored travel documents will be permanently removed from our servers. Please note that active Premium subscriptions must be canceled through your App Store or Google Play account to avoid further charges.
